Hands-on first aid sessions for children aged 5–12, delivered at your gym, club, OOSH service or community group.

First Aid Heroes helps children recognise an emergency, call for help, stay calm and take safe action. Sessions are practical, age appropriate and designed to keep kids involved from start to finish.

Two Age-Appropriate Programs

Each program is designed around what children at that age can realistically understand, practise and remember.

Ages 6–9

Ready Set Help

45 minute session

A practical introduction to recognising emergencies, calling 000 and taking safe first steps to help someone.

Ages 10–12

Respond & React

90 minute session

A more advanced hands-on session that builds confidence in responding to common first aid emergencies.

  • Anaphylaxis and EpiPen trainers
  • Clear communication and safe decision making

Sessions are delivered onsite at your venue and arranged around your group's timetable.

For Junior Sports Clubs

Wet Weather Alternative

Rain doesn't have to mean a wasted training night.

First Aid Heroes can be pre-arranged as a wet weather alternative for junior sporting clubs, giving players a practical indoor activity when outdoor training is cancelled.

Set the arrangement up before the season, then activate a Ready Set Help or Respond & React session at short notice when wet weather affects training.

Clear per-child pricing.

Choose the program that suits your group, with larger-group pricing available for bookings of more than 20 children.

Ready Set Help

$16.50 per child, inc. GST

45 minute practical first aid session.

Ages 10–12

Respond & React

$33 per child, inc. GST

90 minute hands-on first aid session.

A minimum of 6 children per session applies, or a flat minimum charge of $90 for Ready Set Help and $150 for Respond & React respectively. Group rates are available for bookings of more than 20 children.
All equipment supplied We bring the teaching resources and practical training equipment.
Certificates included Participants receive a First Aid Heroes certificate after the session.
Flexible delivery Sessions can be arranged around your venue, group and timetable.
