FAQs
First Aid Heroes runs fun, engaging first aid sessions designed for children aged 5–12. Our programs give kids the confidence and practical skills to help in an emergency — in a way that’s hands-on, age-appropriate and easy to understand.
We offer two types of programs:
Schools Program
Delivered as school incursions and aligned with the NSW PDHPE curriculum. It includes three progressive levels to suit different age groups and learning stages.Community Program
Designed for gyms, OOSH services, private groups, sports clubs, and holiday programs. These sessions are flexible, practical, and designed to fit into your regular timetable or school holiday schedule.
All sessions are led by qualified first aid trainers with experience teaching children.
Our programs vary by age group and setting, with session times and content tailored to what children can realistically absorb and practice at each stage.
